Welcome to Mariia Agency. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use. Mariia Agency is a premium travel companionship service — not a travel agency licensed for transport or accommodation. We connect you to a curated network of partners, local guides and other members.

1. Membership — You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. Mariia Agency reserves the right to suspend any account violating these terms or community safety.

2. Conduct — Members commit to courtesy, respect and discretion. Harassment, illicit content, solicitation or fraud lead to immediate termination and may be reported to the authorities.

3. Bookings & partners — Discounts and partner offers are negotiated by Mariia Agency for the benefit of members. The actual booking contract is concluded between the member and the partner — Mariia Agency is not liable for the partner's performance.

4. Events — Members may propose events, which are reviewed by Mariia Agency. We may refuse or modify any event for safety, legal or ethical reasons. Participation is at the member's own responsibility.

5. Content — You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload but grant Mariia Agency a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display them within the platform.

6. AI companion — Mariia is an AI companion. Its answers are informational and never replace medical, legal or emergency professionals. In an emergency, call local services.

7. Liability — Mariia Agency provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages.

8. Data — Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. You may request access, rectification or deletion at any time.

9. Governing law — These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the courts of Paris, France.
